The preview is live… though very much incomplete…! I've still gotta get other pages set up along with other things, though I'm debating on whether I should re-do the structure of the website, and not just re-do each page (i.e. each "page" has it's own directory, so instead of index.html for the homepage, about.html for about us, etc…. everything is tucked away so you just need to go to:eagledesignmedia.net/….net/about….net/portfolioand so fourth.Would that be any better?Aside from that, well that's it. The header was created and completed in about 2 hours or so. It's there, it exists, and it's pretty much completed in it's current state. Oddly enough I don't care for this version over the other incomplete versions I have (as of now, only version 6, which is still alive via:http://www.eagledesignmedia.net/404stufflolwhateverand just about anything else that follows .net/ if it doesn't exist on the server. I toned down the white and I think it looks good - bright style without too much black/hurting the eyes from the contrast… tell me what you guys think.Other than that, I've been lazy about designing and coding enemy flight patterns for the test enemy. So work on that has pretty much been at a standstill. The joys of MOSTLY working alone on anything.I've pretty much got everything in place now for the site. All I need to do is fix the colors on the fonts/links, and actually finish up everything and I can then figure out how I'll be structuring the site, exactly. Then I'll modify this to suit each individual section as needed, and then yay and stuff :D
That mock-up is amazing. Or is that an actual page you're working on? Either way, it's incredibly sexy.
@Qwilderwibben It will become what http://www.eagledesignmedia.net/ is now. I might try adding a splash of color here or there though - I'm getting tired of monochrome or mostly-monochrome schemes.
And what do you think of the v6 (404 page) design?V6 is too dark and grimy for my tastes. It might be good for like a Gears Of War fanpage or something, but not for a design company/person, IMO.

V6 eh? Funny it's numbered that, the number has significance to what I would use it for O_oThe official name for V6 is "Corporate Gravel", hence the gritty feel to it. I kinda went overboard.. I'll admit after seeing some web 2.0 (OH GOD OH MAN OH GOD NOT THAT SHIT AGAIN) designs I like the slight non-clean feel. But then I look at OSX and I see the neat not-overly synthetic look despite having smoothness to it so I tend to swap back and fourth. I might find someplace to add noise here and there.
Version 7's theme is 4NY - as the inspiration for the header came from the news ticker on 4NY/LXTV/whatever the hell they call it. It's on channel 4, in NY, and it comes on around 4-5 PM or so I think..? I forgot the exact time.I'm not sure what to call Version 8 though.And LOL now you guys can see what the new logo is gonna look like for EDM. Some people said that the original eagle image was a bit too "generic" so I dunno.hey! do you think you could make a design for 64d's music collective page? no one else i've asked has managed to come through so far, and i didn't realize your designs were so good. :o
@hel I could take a look. Maybe I can migrate the original 64D site design I was doing into that or something since I haven't heard anything from anyone else working on v4.
