I've uploaded a new demo. This one has most of the menu system and the unlockable mini games in it. I've also thrown in a few more levels and let you play in the water for the first time. Collect 25 rubies to unlock the first mini game from the unlockables menu. The help system isn't done yet, so just bear with the "Game Information" dialog for now.
