Not too long ago I bought Game maker 6 (I think), and thought I would rule the world, lo and behold, I got ahead of myself and didn't even have all the art assets done, long story short: I never finished my Juan game (side-scroller beat 'em up).

Uncle Sam snatched me up, took me to interesting places and now I'm back and with a lot of free time. I've enlisted the help of two friends, a cousin and my brother: (an architect, an illustrator, a painter and a sound guy, all still in college).

We've named ourselves Conuco team (conuco is a small plot of land for cultivation).

I have a small window now before my next full-time employment and I have one goal: to finish our first game! I'm armed with Game Maker 8 pro (didn't do too well with Torque).

Don't know what the game will end up as, maybe sold in Latin America? Who knows at this point, but my cousin sure thinks so (he's optimistic, not too realistic though).

All conuco team needs right now is a script savvy person, you know those guys that make platformer engines for the heck of it. I'll attach your name or url or avatar to the game credits if that's what you'd like.

I'm hoping to find someone here in 64digits, but if I have no such luck, I'm armed with Game maker's apprentice (although I can't seem to find the book).
