I bet you saw the headline and thought this was good news, right?

We got our computer back yesterday after having it in repair for 3 weeks. It seemed to work fine for about 6 hours, but then it reverted back to it's old habit of shutting down randomly and without warning. It's not a hard drive issue, since we just had it replaced, and I'm thinking it might be the RAM.

Now our family is considering just trading in that computer for a new one of the same brand, since we're all sick of dealing with this crap.
