Everyone has been crying about the decompiler. To bad IT can't change anything, I mean if you pay $20 for a game making program, how can you expect your game to be safe.
Nobody cares about your game. And he is the only one. Except for Fred Fredrickson, I doubt you can make such awesome games that everyone will want to steal. And who cares about your GML source code?Not even NOBODY.So therefore why bother making panic about something, when you know that it will just give the person who created it orgasms over the fact that someone actually gave them attention.SO WHY CARE?Because you probably think you are some gangster shit that everyone cares about or respects. You and your games aren't important enough to copy, and even if some n00bish seven year old prick copied your game, what would he gain. Everyone would just laugh him to misery.AND DID THE CREATORS OF PAC MAN, SPACE INVADERS, OR MARIO CARE WHEN THEIR GAMES WERE COPIED?CrackerJack
Editing an engine is easy if you know how to read and understand code very well.
Open Source is always good
also, Platformed progress is just a bunch of sprites
@^: I just said that Irony!=Irony_Tree
Now GTFO.……You know I'm kidding, right? RIGHT?But it's easier if you made it yourself.
I also sort of agree with the newbie.Ya know, I agree with a lot of people, but I disagree with them at the same time. I'm not for nor against the decompiler. All I did, was let you know that it was out. The information was sure to be leaked withing hours anyway, so why not.
@Fred: You're better off swapping to Enigma, if you're worried about your source code.@Kenon: I dunno… PLatformed will be cool and all, but why would anyone want to remake it, when it's already a big game. It has enough hype, that any remake would be shot down on sight.Good point Troggy, but I'm worried about the tilesets.
@Fred=Tough luck, you chose to use GM and you've used it even though you know it is weak. So accept the consequences
Bah. Put a hidden pixelated trademark thing. =/
