This band is epic. Even they're name is awesome. Who can ignore a band called "HORSE the band"? (if you like this band, watch their music video. it is really awesome.)Anyway I've been working on a fan-game/clone/inspired-by project of the Atari arcade class Rampart.In case you don't know what Rampart is, it's a strategy war game where you take over castles by building walls around them, then placing cannons inside them and destroy the shit out of your opponents castles. it's super fun with friends. The single player kinda sucks though. This is what I've got so far:
Almost everything works perfectly. The only problem i have is a few bugs with the claiming a castle process. The blue tiles you see inside the castle have to be generated on the spot to fill the space inside the walls. I found this to be more difficult than i thought it was going to be. It works most the time but it doesn't always fill the whole space.Why am i not working on one of my many other unfinished games? Probably because i'm sick as hell and don't want to work on anything too complicated or graphical. I don't know what i'm sick with but i have on/off fevers, sore throat and a terrible cough with a lot of gooey globs of yellow stuff coming up when i do so. Got so bad that i haven't been able to go to work or get ANY sleep in the past 3 days. Went to the doctors today and they gave me some antibiotics. Hopefully that does the trick.Over the years my ability to fight off simple colds or flu's has become very weak. i get sick about once a year and it starts off with simple cold-like symptoms and gets really bad very quickly. If i wait too long before going to the doctors i usually get a lung, bronchial, or throat infection. This doesn't make any sense, most people can fight off a cold like it's nothing. has my body become completely dependent on antibiotics and modern medicine?

but most of their songs are awesome. I love chiptune and hardcore so this band is an awesome blend on both!I only tried a few other Nintendocore bands. from what i heard from them, most of them aren't really "hardcore" at all. most were just electronic rock bands that got labeled Nintendocore.
Actually it's pretty funny, my doctor gave me antibiotics but we both believed that all i have is the flu. The flu is a viral infection, antibiotics kill bacteria, so they will have no effect at all. However with my long history of getting bacterial infections he said it's better to take them now to prevent getting a secondary infection. I've done a lot of research on this and found out that when you are sick with something like the flu, your body becomes very weak and your immune system is being pushed to the limit trying to get rid of the flu that your chances of catching other more severe infections increases a lot. So that's probably why i end up with a secondary infection 50% of the time.Either way the medication i got won't actually help me fight off the flu than so i'm stuck just waiting it out. For me that can take a while. i'm on day 4 and still not feeling any better. the average is 1~2 weeks. i'm usually on the later side of these things so i still got a week to go =\
