I thought it would be neat if we shared what Youtube video channels we like, or something other people here might like. I've been going to many different channels over the years, most of you guys have probably been to them as well. Here goes:
Angry Video Game NerdI'm sure most of you guys know this guy :) I have watched his videos so many times… lol. I guess a lot of the entertainment for me is that I grew up in that time period and played most of those games (Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde). Harshly Critical - Fantastic lets player. He doesn't over exaggerate every time a jump scare happens and properly critiques games as he plays them (Unlike a certain popular youtuber….). He mainly plays horror games, although he's also played some old point and click games like Darkseed, I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream(Great game btw) and the Kings Quest series.Extra Credits - A pretty good channel that posts videos about game design. They talk about all sorts of things like different monetization models, the tension and relief cycle in horror games, and designing tight controls.I gave some of them a try. I liked:
