The Game of Life!

I've just finished the final touches on my redo of [url=en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conway's_Game_of_Life]Conway's Game of Life. The grid's a little small (15*15), but it gets the job done nicely. And in my personal opinion it looks neat, too. It's been uploaded to 64Digits, so it should hopefully be up for download pretty soon. In the meantime, a screenshot:

One game that everyone should try is Darwinia, if you haven't already heard of it… there's a demo on the site. Really fun and cool. :)

I'm thinking of making a Flocking behaviour example next, and then I'm going to give 3D a try… see what I can think up of.

EDIT: Oh, number one in the queue… I was so close to getting it on today. :(

Meh. I wanted to try Darwinia, but the butchering of Latin on its official page turned me off. "virii"? What the hell? Since when is virus a second declension word and where would the second "i" come from, anyway?

So, yes, that's all I can say about Darwinia.

Heh, storyline's dodgy but the art and gameplay is great. Play the demo and you'll see what I mean. :)
