GMC Sucks!!!!

I love GMC it's awesome, but banning program rule that's just stupid. I told Yourself we should get a say too, and all he said was "Why?". If he doesn't care about members why the heck is he mod? This gets me pissed of so much. Albach Blackrat says tools that assist game making will be allowed, such as sprite editors. Programs that entertain will be allowed such as CD Players and Video Players, why not other though. Maybe a <h2>USE AT YOUR OWN RISK</h2> warning but c'mon let people make what they want. My feeling is tools that help in game making are allowed then:

Text Editors- Help write game manuals

Sub-OS- Help keep your game files organized

Scanners and Deleters- Help keep your computer up and running so it's suitable to make games

Other Applications- Help get various things done so you can make games (Spreadsheet can keep track of downloads of your game. And ratings) Power to the GM Game Makers and Program Makers! Dare I say that, oh no I'm a rebel!

I've known the GMC mods were messed for a while. Jodder was stalking my posts on the GMG making fun of them, and a lot of the other mods seem to take enjoyment in nagging me (I'm looking at you, KCLC)

Anyway, I have a 60% warning level, I have three accounts because of the shit the admins keep giving me, the forum is all fucked up and they don't do much about it. If you ask them though, they give you alot of shit about how they are always working.

I'll tell you one thing, if I were a mod, things would be a hell of alot better, but no fucking chance that will happen.

Actually, they are letting people <b>make</b> those programs, but not post them. KC LC said this to me:

No offense, people, but this is a good example of what they complain about. Sorry Melee-Master, but I can't see how anybody could find this interesting. Pressing the same key over and over and over….?

If you're going to stick with this idea, at least do something a little creative. Here are some suggestions:

1. Have the game progress to higher levels each time, like making it so the user has to press a series of different keys.

2. Make it so the player has to remember a random key pattern and repeat it perfectly in order to progress to the next level.

3. Have a level where the player has to press a key depending on what's displayed on the screen (requires some hand-eye coordination).

There are lots of possibilites to make this into something interesting.

Then how come I've got about 330 downloads? How come I got so many good comments? Because people do find it interesting! But you just don't! Geez KC LC…

Anyways… I do agree that programs should be allowed. Everyone should go post a pointless program, and keep on posting more of them… lol

Hello, OPTIfront/Tanner here, you guys are so right, I made big long opinion on the programs being banned :). Well if they are going to ban programs, there will be only games left (it's only logical), but TONS of the things on GMC are programs. People will think "oh, right they banned programs, well there is probably only going to be crappy games left, I'm going to go somewhere else". So yes I know this is short but I am tired so bah humbug.
