Finding a free host with everything you'd want to develop a site is rare. They all have drawbacks for one, such as ads and popups. Most free hosts won't give you a lot of space either. Besides that, the more common hosts probably wouldn't even allow server side scripts. If any free host does provide almost everything you'd expect from a paid host, chances are they'll be a paid host in time… or simply die off.
My suggestion would be to get some paid hosting, or get a friend who has paid hosting to help you out.
