Great news! I didn't die! I just haven't had anything to blog about, its been a boring however long I didn't blog for. I thought it was about time I updated so here we go!

But first, I'd like to say I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and a very happy New year. Now to the new news.

I've decided to start on a project that I'm actually gonna get somewhere with. I've been sitting around playing Chicken Invaders 2 for a while, and then I thought, "Damn! Why didn't I think of that?" A top-down scrolling shooter. Duh! Then, I decided I wouldn't just make your everyday shooter. I decided I'd make a level selection screen and shops etc. etc. Sure it's been done… ever played YMM's The Encryption? Well, it's gonna be different yet again. It's all gonna be completely customizable via the shop. There are gonna be attributes that you have to pay to change from weapon firing rate to a spiffy paint job to a rear spoiler! I dunno why you'd have a spoiler in space though… there isn't any air for downforce. Well… it looks cool.

I guess that kinda raps it up guys. Please comment on what you think of this idea… And I know, I haven't actually finished any games, but I have quite a bit of experience in GML and this project isn't beyond my reach. It will just take time. Comments please!

EDIT: Ooh! Ooh! And I got GM7Pro now! Teh w00tzX0rXz! I forgot how good it actually is.
