Yes im not asking for one, im making one…
The real question you want to know is, am I going to release it for everyone else to use or will I just selfishly use it to make my own super games and not share?and the second real question is if it is any good?Well I assure you that it will be a HUGE step up from creating your individual blocks and such in gm and placing it into levels, and heres why….I used to make 32-32blocks and make them into 3D to make my levels with, but that slows down the computer too far too soon, why? Because there are sooo many objects, so I said, "If I could just get a way to make my walls long with one object or have an editer like HL hammer editer (or cartography shop) then that would be awsome", so I made one. Or am making. It should make creating levels with multiple z levels easier by a long shot, it will have the ability to import textures and you can preview your level (already done ^_^) and will be able to modify the fine details of your level from within the 3D mode. Im calling it the GrimEditer to go along with my engine that I will create called GrimEngine, then ill make a game called GrimLife… [:)]So tell me if you think I should give it out along with my engine when its done… Or should I selfishly hord the work to myself…-mesenberg-

Ill probably just release it but it wouldnt even matter if it was for commercial use because (A) No game in the current Gamemaker 3D engine would sell and (B) I couldnt really stop them anyway…Ya, release it as a legacy file.
If its good, you'll get a huge credit and can sit back as you gain cool points.
