Tropical Paradise

Doesnt that look like a tropical paradise? (other than the fact that there isnt any sand, palm trees, or women!)

Also pay no attention to the ugly thing sticking out of you, that is a temporary gun.

Something Ive been working on today. I just implemented the terrain shading. Took me a while to get it to work, but when I finally did get it it works good, full fps still, no lag… I also made myself a character model to use with animations done in movenow.

Im planning to develop this into a fairly simple island warfare game and submit it to the co-op competition. A last minute type thing that I probably wont finish in time but its worth a chance.

1) no you may not have the editable

2) no you may not ask me a question

3) no you are not very intelligent, you just think you are. But seeing as how you are not, you thinking that you are doesnt help you.

4) no I am not claiming to be better than you, I don't need to, it's a scientific fact! Look it up… :P

5) yes.

Nice screenshot, although the gun kind of ruins it. XD

Yeah, the gun is bad, other than that it's great.

'tropical paradises' don't exist. And tropical countries look exactly the same as american or european ones, huh.

xD @ gun.

The water texture doesn't look good and it looks like it's going to rain :/. Can I have the source in read-only format? Yes? ok..

I'm not really that impressed with the screenshot to be honest. The nicest thing about it is the skybox but you didn't make that yourself soooo yeah.

Are the jpg artifacts part of the screenshot or the actual skybox?

Because if it's the later, then :\/

What juju said, it looks pretty lame to me.

yes the sun is part of the sky. I was going to make my own but it just looked so good up there that it seemed pretty pointless to change it just yet.
