As for my own GM life, progress has slowed during the 3-week relax period. I've written up the storyline for the Jap-style RPG (I'll post it if you wish), hazed now boasts new items (parachute, slingshot) and I started an entry for the GMG contest (but I don't think it'll be ready in time). Now to wait and see where the road takes me.
