I am very new to gamemaker, and I'm wondering iff
anyone is kind enough to help me learn. I want to make games here, but I can't unless I know how to. I feel very active today though, so I might be on most of the day. And I still don't know anyone here and would like to see more peoples names, so also, iff you have time introduce me to you, and perhapse some of your favourite users here, only iff you feel like it though. Anyway, I have heard about the rule with theshort blogs, so I am just writing what I want to say,but in a longer way. Well, I think that's all. Bye! neolouis
Well, I don't have the time to teach you GM, but I'm SleepinJohnnyFish and you'll probably be seeing a lot of me here, as I regularly taunt users when they do something stupid…
… so don't slip up.Anyway, some other users you'll want to know the names of are all of the moderators and admins as well as FredFredrickson, DarkSirrusGames, and the other people that make the more popular games on the site.SleepinJohnnyFish keeps us all in check.
The best way to learn is to download some tutorials and perform a vivisection on them.
You can go to www.gamemaker.nl and downlaod the tutorials there. These really helped me get the hang of GM.
I cant teach you, I dont have the time. But I am Boss and Here are some names you might need:
Head admin: Melee-masterCreator of the site: FirestormXCiribot: LudaMadDupe accounts:CiribotMeleeDeepermeaningn00bs:CJWarptweetkafieWho's kafie? I tryed searching him/her and there's no such user
im sleeping johnny fishes bitch, he whips me cuz im a very bad boy
Reading the manual helps like 10x more than you think it will. Whenever you need help, use that as your first option. Mark is really good at writing stuff that it easy to understand.
It translates GML into english for geeks.Click on my username to see all the cool people on my Favorite Users list.
ok. So I understand nobody has the time to teach me anything, but I will try my best, perhapse if I make a game, see how it turns out, and if it's good publish it, do you think that's a good idea?
