I'm starting to make a new game. It's going to be a haunted house game and I already started drawing sprites for it on paper. (i draw it on paper b4 on computer). I need help though. I'm thinking about how I can do the programing for it all. And I realized one thing… I know how to make a platform game. And I know how to make a platform shooter with an arm that you aim with the mouse. But There is one thing I don't understand… What if I wanted to make the gun into a flashlight… Instead of shooting, you use the flashlight. Could I search on examples for that, or could somebody tell me how to do that? I need it for my new game… If you can help me that would be greatly appreciated.

BTW. I will release the first demo of omgaghost's haunted house party adventure sometime during april.
