Here's the first test release of Iron Band Online. This demo includes the following features
* Full graphics engine, including GTA-style cities and landscapes, as well as reflections.* All combat level classes. (although no skills) * The Mining <crafting> level class. (All crafting level classes can be leveled in, but this won't affect anything* A variety of enemies to face. Included in the mix are enemies ranging from simple shotgun turrets to powerful missile-launchers.* A variety of weapons to test. You start with a multitude of different weapons, including the Lightning Gun, Missile Launcher, and Shell Cannon.* A large world to explore. The starting island of IBO contains seven towns, a variety of terrain types, forests, mountains, a bridge, a starter island, and even a secret area. (By the way, if anyone finds that secret area and sends me a screenie of it, I will make them a moderator when that functionality becomes available. Don't expect it to be easy, however.)The demo filesize is 3.13 MB. It runs on the LAN at present, so you can test it with friends if you have any.Controls are outlined as follows:* Right-click: Move vehicle towards mouse cursor.* Left-click: Fire towards mouse cursor. This also controls mining.* Scroll wheel: Scroll between weapons.* I: Open your Inventory.* L: Open your Skill Levels window. In the Levels window, you can select any of the Level areas (combat, crafting, repair) by left-clicking on it, then levelup sub-specialties by left-clicking on them. (If you don't see any subspecialties, this is because you don't have enough level points in that area)* Enter: Open typing window. You can then type as normal, and press Enter again to send the message.DISCLAIMER: There will be bugs. It's a fact of life - and early demos. Please, tell me about ANY error you find, so that I can try to fix it.With all that out of the way, here's the link:DOWNLOAD 64D
