There's almost never a reason given. Someone seriously needs to make a system that shows what your warn is actually for (say, when you hover over it)CyEdit: I wasn't the one who gave him that warn. Usually I try to make it obvious to why that person has been warned through blog tags.
If we look in the Dictionary of Cyrus, we learn the word "sarcasm" is undefined. :P

Well, there's supposed to be a reason – it's in the database – it's just never required.
Yep, but lazy mods are lazy (no offense intended). It should only allow a warn if a reason is set, but it's not.
