Hey guys. I just wanted to throw this out there, and see who's interested in, or has time for a music composition competition. Of course, this one would (hopefully) be a lot more organized than the last one, and I'll actually have time to sit down and judge this one, because I don't need to do Wintermester, seeing as I passed all my classes.

just gonna say it's coming on three weeks since this thing finished and half of us still haven't heard a thing from pounce. do we need another judge to fill in? or should we just unpin this thing since it's already ancient?
i didn't mean you Steven lol. and yeah some of us could have written whole albums to be judged in the time this has taken. actually it seems JuurianChi has written two albums in this frame of time. :|
No problem for the delay Steven. It's only a music challenge on a website. It was sort of casually agreed upon, and I'm sure the community realizes that people have lives/important things to do outside of the realm of 64digits. :)

Yeesh, I somehow missed Pounce's critiquing entirely when I was leafing through the responses.
Yeah, the percussion is constantly something that I wrestle with in all of my songs. It's either too simple and repetitive, or too complicated and goes everywhere and clashes with everything else.For which, I apologize to all real drummers who listen to the songs that I make.I accidentally deleted the set and those tracks because I was deleting a bunch of tracks I felt were weak compared to the rest of my catalog. I got a little carried away and didn't realize until after that I had deleted those tracks. :O If you still have access to, or remember them at all, you can critique them, but it's not really a big deal either way.
