Wow… this sucks hard. I have had probably the worst Thursday ever in weeks… for non school related issues. So here is how it goes.

I am at a robotics clean-up-day thing as we prepare for the season to start. As usual, few people show up which meant that the workload for us was doubled. so i have to help this girl move 120 - 200 pound boxes about 30 feet into our school's hallway. As we are carrying them, she decides to start going really fast, as i essentially trip over a piece of PVC pipe that was lying on the floor. The box falls, and i end up spraining BOTH of my wrists attempting to break the fall and stop the 50 pounds of metal from slamming into me. now, this really sucks because i still have a lot of work to do, and i cant leave. so basically i was useless for the next 4 hours. What a fuxed up day. needless to say, this means that i can only type with one hand, and that i cant sleep without waking up in 10 minutes due to pain. arg…

Also, to further make things worse, our team was in danger of being DQ'd from the competition before it even began. This same girl used a basic method of hacking to browse into a directory of the organization's (FIRST's) web server, and got a peek at some of the things to come. naturally, our team coach confessed this to FIRST, and in about a half hour got a very angry phone call back, pointing out that the evidence amounted up to a malicious attack. The whole thing was smoothed over, but it was scary. …and i got a peek of the 2007 game that i am not <i>supposed</i> to talk about.

oh hey… this is the first blog i have made in weeks. wow.

in lighter news, i have plans for yet another new computer. i just got the monitors and the case today, but the mobo was DOA so i couldn't assemble it. I had my friend test that all of the other parts were working fine, and they were. so i oficially have everything but the new ATI gfx card that i am waiting for. SM4.0 ftw.
