So this past friday, my spanish teacher hands back a quiz we had just took. Naturally, i got a 100. But so did another kid in the class.

This high grade caused him to yell 'yeah baby!' out loud. because our spanish teacher is not native, he took it as an insult.

-"yeah baby!" -kid

-"i am not your baby" -teacher

-"What? i never said you were…" -kid

-"Do you take me for an idiot? you just did!" -teacher

-"No i didnt! i said 'yeah baby'" -kid

-"See there you go again with your insults! for this, boyce, i will take ten points off your quiz" -teacher

-"What?! But i did nothing wrong!" -kid

-"Stop playing dumb boyce! everybody heard you say it! another ten points for being disrespectful!" -teacher

-"Why are you yelling at me for saying yeah baby?! Just a minute ago you called that guy over there a homosexual- how do you know that i'm not homosexual? i could call that sexual harassment" -kid

-"…" -teacher

-"I should go and tell your boss that you insulted my sexuality" -kid

-"You're gay?" -teacher

-"Yes of… What no im not! Hold on!" -kid

(before the end of the sentence the entire class is laughing)

-"So, Mr. Boyce, you are willing to prove yourself as a homosexual in front of court just because i called that kid over there a gay. You do know that you would be accusing me under false terms, right? First of all, i am sorry that i did not know of your sexual preference, and second of all you called me your baby. As far as i am concerned, you are the one who is Harassing ME Mr. Boyce" -teacher

-"But im not gay- nor did i call you my baby" -kid

-"MR. BOYCE I AM SICK AND TIRED OF YOUR DISRESPECTFULNESS! COME AND SEE ME AFTER CLASS SO WE CAN HAVE A LITTLE CHAT ABOUT RESPECT TOWARDS YOUR SUPERIORS!" - teacher (obviously)

lol i could not stop laughing even after i left the classroom.
