Ah well, here we go. What I've been listening to lately:

Waiting For the Siren's Call - New Order

I never though New Order was anything special compared to Joy Division. But this song, this album, made me reconsider, while their other stuff was just "meh" Waiting For the Siren's Call just brings back the style you would expect from them.

Chrome - VNV Nation

VNV Nation is probably one the best electronic bands around, I originally wanted to post their song "The Furthest Star" But I couldn't find a link. But these guys are seriously awesome, even their instrumentals.

Clint Eastwood - The Gorillaz

I used to listen to these guys 24/7, but I kinda drifted into the whole punk thing, but I love this song, even some of it's more "hip-hop" parts. The Gorillaz are just good, create a good musical beat backed by a mostly nice voice track.

Hotel California - The Eagles

This song is a fucking classic. I just love the singing and guitar, I think mostly the drums stand out in this song though. It's stuck in my head mate.

The End of the World - The Cure

I have to admit, Robert Smith looks like a Tim Burton outcast in this video, but still, it's the cure. This is one of their best songs in my opinion, right behind Killing an Arab. I just love the intro lyrics, the music backing it fits perfectly, a great song.

Ever Fallen in Love - The Buzzcocks

The Buzzcocks are punk, no matter what anyone says, they are the original punk band. This has to be their best song ever, right before Orgasm Addict, I just love Shelly's voice and the music behind it. Great all around song…
