well mr tate said that mr ewell accidently killed himself, i did infer that boo saved them or else it wouldnt have been possible, i think its a coverup because mr tate was acting all antsy
mr tate knew what happened, and he tampered with the evidence. he was covering it up, it's really obvious.
It's pretty obvious that Boo killed Bob Ewell. I wouldn't worry about that too much.
