Okay, Gonna try and write a game in 2 hours. And release it when 2 hours has passed. I'm cheating a little, because I got a little idea few minutes ago, but we'll see what I can get done.
Okay, so it's 9:02 currently in Finland and my lunch time starts at 11:00. I'll start my game at 9:05.Timeline:- 9:05 - Start!- 10:35 - Engine mostly done, menu too- 11:05 - Okay… Time is up now, and I have level design unfinished. I'll extend my time to 11:30!- 11:31 - Couldn't finish it yet, but now for some dinner –> HALT- 11:54 - Back from dinner.- 12:17 - This extended a little longer than I thought, but the game is ready. I'll add some extra time to make music and sounds.- 12:47 - Alright! Game itself is done, now just an icon and loading screen.- 12:52 - GAME DONE! Time: 3:24 hoursYeah, it wasn't exactly 2 hour game, but it's still finished game :D Actually, I could frontpage a blog for once.DOWNLOAD GOFOR10000!

WeeeeeehLapixx, you rock.
Link fixed!I liked the rushed music with how rushed the game was. Color scheme was pretty nice too, though I have a bias towards blue already. I think you could of improved the game over; made it so that when it reached the bottom of the tower after a set time (higher up the tower=faster descent) the player was again in the starting spot, ready to go again (Be great seeing The Thing jump up and fall with giant boggle eyes when it dies too). Seamless like
Controls seem like they could be compatible with arrow keys, and keyboards are more standard in design than mice (as in, some mice have crude buttons)Overall it has caused me to want to mod it. And that obviously means I liked itNow back to the grind with you; I'm still waiting to try Avaruusmies and StukpturThanks serpy! Maybe I should release the source so you can mod it :D
You seemed open source enough to me that I figured you wouldn't mind my extracting it. Or has assumption once again proven flawed?
Yeah, I thought about it after your comment :D No worries! Mod it however you want! I want to see what you can come up with :D
I'll see what I can do whenever I can, unfortunately I've been out of flavor with GM ever since the Entropy thing. Been proding with more formal scripting languages. First I found newLISP, so I was finally able to swim around in S-expressions for awhile like I had wanted to(I hate compillers and things, no patience to set them up)and then I decided to reread about Ruby and decided that maybe I could get use to everything being an object (LISP is all data, Ruby is all objects, such beautiful languages). Skimmed over Alice (Concluded that ML is gross) and then I came across Processing, so that's been my schedule for the past couple days (Finally something that comes with drawing and input integrated like GM). So ya, been losing sleep working with these languages. GM has just kept being moved back. GML is even starting to look ugly(Then again, it might be due to the syntax coloring, I have GML using these bold colors and all the editors I've been using use these soft tones)
Hey Processing looks nice! Now you just have to rewrite this in Processing and start modding :D But well, Processing looks so good that I might give it a try, maybe on summer holidays.
Ya, too bad it forces one of my pet peeves;
It was a very interesting game, excluding the annoying mouse controls. I also only just noticed you also created Sadbot, another game of which I found really nice. I think your graphical style is wonderfully unique - please don't lose it ^_^
