I thought that with the recent 64D poll on web browsers, It'd be fun to compare this with the browsers visitors to <i>my</i> website use. It's a PHP/GD dynamically updated image so if you visit my website, come back to this page and clear your cache to see your stuff added to it (see postscript). So here it is:
<fieldset style="color: #000000;background-color:#0000DD;border: 1px solid #000000"><legend style="padding: 2px;color: #000000;background-color:#0000FF;border: 1px solid #000000;font-size: 14px">www.thetyphooncorp.com stats</legend><img src="http://thetyphooncorp.com/content.php?act=drawstats&type=browsers" border=0 /></fieldset>Other than that, not much is going on in my life recently. School's coming back at an alarming rate, and my job doing volunteer work is a bit boring. I'm getting back into Advance Wars: Dual Strike (I quit for awhile because my brother saved over my file), and it's awesome. I'm also getting waaaaay too good at The Specialists (a Half-Life 1 mod for those of you who haven't heard of it). If anyone wants to play me, gimme a holler.I'm also thinking about getting a Nintendo Wi-Fi adapter so I can play Animal Crossing: Wild World online. Maybe some Metroid Prime: Hunters, too. That's my blog for the day. Live with it.P.S. If you want to add your obscure browser, go to <a href="http://www.thetyphooncorp.com">http://www.thetyphooncorp.com</a> and it'll automatically add you. Note that you can only do this once per IP address, and the browser you first visit the website with is the browser that will be logged.P.P.S. Yes, I did all of the coding for that piegraph myself.Okay, maybe not. I used a free PHP graph library called Jpgraph. But I learned how to use it and that's about as much effort as doing the code yourself.
Opera 9.0.1 kicks as$
Opera + Javascript = Very+1337
Firefox = 1337IE = -23I just burned my toe on my lamp.
-Arc@Arc: [^^]
FF is used more than Opera? What's wrong with you people? No, not trying to start a browser war here, I just want to say: Try it! When you get your FF to level of Opera it so filled with extensions that it needs a kick in the as$ to even start.
Doesn't Opera <i>not</i> have extensions, though? I thought it just had Widgets or whatever, which are just RSS feeds. Firefox has <b>amazing</b> extensions…can Opera check your AdSense revenue in the Status Bar? I didn't think so ^^
Firefox is supposed to be a light browser.
ITS NOT.
Opera owns you all. Anyways, shame 64D's server doesn't have the FreeType library (I was gonna do something cool for you users). Maybe I'll talk to the host, and see if they can install it.
