T&&B, yes you don't know who that is. But never mind that yet, you're reading this about the game.
So it's called Tapestry, a top-down RPG (B's description) or a stylish stat-building SHMUP (T's description) is the genre, so what's the game all about?Well, you are in a dungeon and you have to kill enemy after enemy after enemy. That's always fun ;)There are 10 races to unlock, you start with two (Elves and Orks) and each race has 3 magics, a unique 'main' attack and a unique guardian to summon.
Quote:
Levelling up:There are 3 attributes for each race. Physical, Ethereal, and Guardian.Physical (Starts at level 1)This affects the damage your main weapon, your speed and agility, and your resistance to damage.Ethereal (Starts at level 1)This affects the amount of damage and power your spells with have over your enemies, and the rate at which mana is used.Guardian (Starts at level 0)This affects how long you can keep your Guardian summoned, how much damage it can inflict, etc. Note that Guardians cannot be injured or killed, and are only 'de-summoned' when your guardian meter is depleted.
hmm, looks nice. Care to explain the name?
The name?
Umm… no idea, T just randomly came up with it, then started coding an RPG stat system. Then B was like "wow let's make an RPG!"And T was like "k"Looks a bit .. empty?
@Bryan.. the fact that it's only been in development for 3 days might help to explain that point :P
The graphics are rather Rez-like.
