Anyways, how's it going sixtyfo? It's been a long time huh, with all the server downtime and such. Anyways glad to see that everything's up and running.

So I've been working on Qui'ifon, which btw has a new name now: The Undertaking. You should check mr projects page to see what's been up so far. I have redone the original game demo that I had released for the Undertaking. This one now includes a boss fight and health and secrets and you can also die now. To those of you who like a challenge, try to decipher what the old man says (He speaks a dead language). If you can figure out how to interpret it, then you are going to be able to find major secrets in the game because a lot secrets will be told in the dead language. Also, there are two secrets in this demo. One is obvious and one is not so obvious.

As you see, this is not really a new project, just a re-imagining of Katakijin. Katakijin was going to be a simple Ninja game where you just kill ninjas. Now, it is going to be a simple ninja game where you explore areas AND kill ninjas; fun!

Unlike TU which uses a bunch of tilesets, this game will only use static backgrounds (prerendered 2D lolz) so expect some nice looking environments and fancy photoshop effects. Also gone is the lame 320*240 cramped-feeling environments. This is high rez baby! As high as your comp can handle, running at 9999 room speed! So the game speed depends entirely on your refresh rate, i.e. 60hz = 60fps and so on.

I'll release a WIP demo sometime on my blog. Ahaha no submision.
