Linkology: Premise to a greater world
April 01, 2010

Upon immense fascination in the field of links, I've decided to dedicate my life to the study of hyperlinks, also known as Linkology. I understand it's a complex field, but I figure with a PhD in the field I would understandably be able to acquire a high-paying job fairly easy. Here is just an example of some material I've already learned from research. Recursive hyperlinks Thanks 64digits for your support.

Base Jumping, Bass Playing, Bass Killing
March 24, 2010

Working on a crazy game idea my friend Ferret and I had. Bass jumping: a dude with a bass killing bass while base jumping. I got 10 albums for 5 dollars. Most people would assume they would be terrible albums, as did I. Turns out, they're completely worth their money good. One album is Porcelain God. Terrible heavy metal music, but it's hilarious in it's own way. The Parching? C'mon, right? Then there is this other band, Killradio. Their album has a very surprising twist, that I love. Apparently their album has a song from an old ATV game on the ps2 that I loved (plus the album has 33 full songs...) and they're pretty good. So naturally, I'm loving these albums. I have eight more to try. Saw Children of Men. Good movie. This blog is bland. Bland blog. SOMETHING

Don't tag D:
March 14, 2010

This is not a short blog! Not like those other peeps. By the way, happy Pi Day. Pi day is today. Pi is forever. I hope reading this blog doesn't become tedious. Anyhow, this guy is awesome. This song is pretty wicked, not to mention he has some funny videos. Not that it should matter to many, but I'm finally back into programming. I've finally started a little game, and been working on a website. I don't mean to say any details, Your definition of awesome may be different than mine thoughbut just a notice that some people still program around here :D I may post some screenies later, but for now I'm working on solid code. By the way, have giant-list blogs suddenly become a trend? Spiffy. Still pretty short compared to blogs of ye olde' days.

Yes I'm looking to get a new desktop computer. My specs are outdated, so I'm looking for something modern, yet not too expensive. Once again (like I did with Adobe), suggestions? :D And to add content, and some random life story no one cares about: some guy fell asleep in the quiet section of our library on my college campus. It was kinda funny, and some girls were giggling endlessly. EDIT: I forgot to mention he was snoring very loud. And if I may waste a little bit more of your time (just a little bit!)... CLICKY *Gods of War* 64digits, may your hammer be might. And no, I'm not making an reference to GM. Rather, this. Weird movie.

Help, I need somebody...
February 28, 2010

Not just anybody, but 64digits! Well, go figure, I've finally felt the urge to get Adobe Flash Professional, and/or PS... Anyways, I was just looking for suggestions on places to get these. I don't mind getting CS3 (or a lower version, but CS4 would be nice too) as long as I can find a cheap purchase. I'm not interested in spending $700. I know I can count on 64digits to help me out, right? I've found places such as: Academic Superstore and Best Adobe, but I'm not too sure if there are better places, or if those places are trustworthy.

Peeps like music right?
January 22, 2010

Well I recently acquired (purchased) a guitar, which was a significant step up from a cheap Epiphone that my friend gave me because he didn't need the junk. Anyways, here's a photo of my new Epiphone (if anyone cares...)! You can also see my nice electronic drum set, a stratocaster, and a keyboard I never use. I always seem to go to the store only to browse, then I end up buying a bunch of things, it was worth it though. If anyone has any recommendations for pedals to get for my electric guitar, I'm looking into buying some of those. And completely off topic... Today I started my traffic school online. And I thought it was going to suck (although I have yet to truly find out since I barely started), but the first thing I read was completely random and made me laugh...
Quote
At SkilledDriver.com, we know that you have been told that going to traffic school is the worst way to spend your day. This is not true. After extensive research, we have concluded that there are at least two ways to spend your day that are worse than attending traffic school: 1. Having hot needles repeatedly thrust into your eyes. 2. Being slowly eaten by small rodents.
So... yeah :D

Obese Ninja
January 21, 2010

www.ObeseNinja.com Ferret and I just bought a website, figured we could use some suggestions for a temporary design that could help bring in traffic... or merely look nice. Either way, we'd appreciate any help and suggestions towards the future. And if anyone wants us to promote any sort of game or link to another website, I'm sure we could fit it in somewhere... Alright, and I suppose I'll throw cop stories in here... My friends and I go on a late night bagel-run (11:00 or so), and while two of my friends are in the store, I'm hanging outside with my pal. The cops show up, and ask us about this toy bow and arrow (it had a suction cup for Christ's sake). My friend says "it's only a toy," then the cop chews him out saying "I wasn't talking to you!" and threaten us with a curfew ticket if we don't leave. So logically we left... bagel-less. On my second day of driving with my license, and being pretty new to the driving scene, I forgot to turn my lights on. I get pulled over and get a $300 dollar ticket and traffic school for a silly mistake that doesn't really need a ticket to teach a lesson, right? Bash me otherwise. Then this time I'm in a parking lot, a cop comes up with the lights blazing, and blocks off my car and walks up to me... to ask me about my Prius and how I'm liking it since he's getting one. And my hit counter fails currently, so care to help me out?
