Now that that's out of the way, quick update:I'm busy as hell, hence me not being around much anymore.I'm still working on Alternare, but progress is extremely slow because I have a full time job right now.For a while, I intended on releasing a game-per-week to the Google Play app store, but life gets in the way of junk. I'm trying really hard to make time, but I have so much on my plate that I can't even fit a lot of dev time in.Good luck with the completition.
Boomp
For obvious reasons, I can't attend, but I totally would if I could; I've always wanted to attend a dev-jam. :P
Good luck with it!What do you mean, Mega? Its really unreasonable for you to not prep your passport and fly overseas to an event in the US.
Heheh. I can imagine the stretch goals… $5000 and I'll visit you and make your game for too! But seriously, a better campaign would be towards funding a meetup and jam at IGC or GDC :P
But you don't even love me enough to pledge anyway. I see how it is Cyrus. I'm breaking up with you and burning all our pictures.
I hear ya with the time problem.
You are pretty damn good at setting up these kinds of things if I may say so myself.I hope there is a good turnout, I usually don't do game development but I would have to see what I am doing in august.I hope there's a good turn out too! I'm expecting around 20-30 people, counting people I haven't directly talked to. It's a little frustrating that I can't seem to get people to pre-register who are for sure coming, but it is what it is. :P
If you guys have ideas of other communities where I might be able to find interested parties, let me know! No. >:(

UPDATE: FSX, and a few mods, have approved the addition of a small banner in the upper right hand corner of the home page to showcase OHJAM in exchange for sponsorship status for the event.
Also, you can join the at-the-last-second online game jam that's going on from now until midnight US Eastern. The only rule is to have fun and submit SOMETHING!
