XD, i love polygon shadows)I've finally manage to overcome my laziness and nearly complete my shadow engine version 2 which will be known as <b>'Pheonix L2S'</b>, all i need to do is write some documentation because it is very complex. Its changed a hole lot so im gonna resubmit it to the site, to differentiate it from its comparbly neanderthal 1st version.<b>I currently have these features 100% working :</b>- <b><i>Full z-axis support</i></b>, casts shadows realistically based off the relative z positions of the light and shadow casters.- <b><i>True lighting</i></b>; you can now see on top of your shadow casters if their z position is less than the light.- <b><i>Simple bump-mapping (kinda)</i></b>, Allows you to create differing surfaces ontop of your shadow casters. AKA you can create dark areas and light area's to give the appearance of bumps or changes in z on the surface.- <b><i>Polygon shadows</i></b>, create your own shapes. You can also have a different z for each vertex, so you could create a pyramid if you liked (or a star…XD).- Fast optimised inbuilt shape shadow castersIm really happy with it so far and i think the community will be to, as i have hardly lost any speed implementing all the stuff, mainly because i created a custom fast deactivation method and used my obviously superior brains to get me out of a few tight spaces….. Although i still havent thought of a way of making fast soft shadows…..In other and most shocking news, i've got my exams in a weeks time so your unlikely to see much of me and i may not be able to polish off my L2S engine for another 2 weeks ….. :(<b>EDIT:</b> Is it just me or do i have some kinda super/unnatural power over the mods…. I was saying only a few days ago that there should be 8 games on the front page….hmmm….. maybe i should get them to become my slaves…. *commands melee-master to get my shoes*….
Pheonix: Many people came up with that idea. I mean, I think melee master was the first to tell Fsx about it, like way back.

2. ouch.. exams…3. No. You do not control teh mods. I DO, jk. Nah. So many people were complaining about there not being enough games on the front page. Now it seems we need a new game mod or something, as melee's busy working on something, ludamad's too hard at work on the RPG, and Twisterghost probably won't check 8 games a day. If I took a guess at who would be the next game mod… hmmm… I wouldn't have a clue.Well obviously i would be next in line for a game mod….haha maybe not….hmmmm i cant really think of anybody who's on enough and doesnt have their own website to run…. And yes exams do suck.
Do not worry about who's next, we have it planned out.
