If all 64digitians had to move to one place

I talked with acid here about people not showing up to the OhJam, and how theres not always a lot of game developers around. So that got me thinking, if game devs and other people with computer professions wanted to move to a place where there is more of that, where would they want to move to?

So assuming that most people here are involved with some computer and tech field, where would you want to move to if you had to pick a place?

There is a bit of tech in the Detroit area, where I live, that is growing ranging from startups to IT to embedded systems used in cars, and while there are some nice places around here, theres not a whole lot to do and frankly the city kinda sucks. (Some people defend it, but they are mostly hipsters and whatnot)

Personally, I think somewhere closer to the west coast of the states would be a nice spot since everything you could want is mostly there. Other possible spots could be places like Texas or Colorado. I would consider other countries, but I dont know enough about eurpoe to really make a judgement.

Im curious where people live and where they would prefer to move to if they could.

We need to find a place that gets to 40C in the summer though! That really limits the number of places we can go if we also have to factor in -30C winters.

…actually Edmonton would work just fine for both requirements.

I live in a weird place.
