Ugly new icon is ugly
If I wanted simple I'd use Opera.

I don't like the new logo either, looks like something someone could whip in 5 mins with photoshop.

Or 20 seconds if you speed up the video.
Should do something like this and combine them:

I just noticed the new Chromo logo sitting in my task bar…uglifies everything. Good thing I got FireFox right next to it.
