Yea, bet ya haven't seen me post a screen to show off a boss or an enemy.
Dashu, the first god boss and keeper of ghost mode. Yes yes, the 'floating head and hands' design for a boss is cliche. WELL, THEY'RE GODS. any form is representational, they aren't physical beings. If you ask me, this 'cliche' works so well for the game, it's forgivable. Besides, I do plan on having a ghostly body visible as well, and the chained wrists make for a unique approach to this idea as they symbolize the spiritual possession they are under by the REAL boss.Discuss.
@Kilin: You can't kill them per say. The first seven gods are possessed by the eighth god. When you fight the possessed gods, both the possessed god AND the eighth god take damage. You must all but kill the possessed god until the eighth god is too weak to control the god you're facing. With the control broken, the newly freed god grants you a power-up to aid you in freeing the other gods and will transport you back to the physical world.

also, it's "per se", not "per say"@ChIkEn: well, I'm not hearing any BETTER ideas… also, my bad. PER SE* I know, but it's one of those typing errors I seem to keep making, probably because phonetically i don't catch the error.
Besides, once I convey the idea in the game, it'll be much more believable.
I actually thought it was pretty decent for an explanation behind the bosses.
Honestly if ChIkEn doesn't like the idea, he should at least offer advice instead of outright saying it sucks.
