Media Player

So LoveMalvina (GMC) and I have been working on this Media Player.

Features:

Music Playing (Obviously)

Music Functions (Pause, Stop.etc)

A Library (Songs saved into the database)

Library Organization (By Song Name, Artist.etc)

Settings (Deleting current song, Erase Library memory.etc)

Customization (Different Colors, Example shows blue)

And more…

If you see any features that aren't listed here, and you always wanted it to be in Windows Media Player, go ahead and post them.

I know some of you may say a media player is useless because of Windows Media Player, but we can always add features it doesn't have, and it's a fun project to make anyway.

Thanks for reading

Technically.. if you wanna get all technical with your statement, then a music player just plays music alone, pause is a feature that allows you to pause the music player, and stop stops the song… it's not necessary, but it's a useful feature…

he said he would not like many features. So he wants it nice, simple and efficient.

efficient
The thing is, I've already got just the music player for me. Note the mass of skins, I decided to further the minimalism and go with the simplest of them (The top part is all there is in minimode)

Foobar is cooler than XMP.

WMP is weak.

Ya, Foobar looks to have superior music organization. But I don't have that much music, so I'm not in need of such things

Efficiency, size/resource usage and skinning are reasons why GM is not the best program to make a media player in. It's good for a learning experience and fun, but not to make something that would really compete against the major players already out there (<3 my foobar).

My Gigabeat using Rockbox plugged into speakers.

Causes no load on the computer. How efficient!

Well we aren't making it to sell or compete with other products O_o, it's just a fun project to do…
