Ahhhh, Abigail Williams. One of my favorite black metal bands of all time, you will be missed.Apparently these guys decided to split earlier this month. Man, they left a helluva lot of badass music behind though. Anywho, I still haven't been drawing as much. So let's dig and see what I got, eh?This is a collab I did with with ma gf. She's into that industrial, punk, gothy shit. I drew the dude.
This is from earlier in the year, about September or so, when I was still working as concept artist for an indie team. The art director pulled me off to the side to make these for a separate project he had in mind.
This was for the main project which was known as GoreToon, which you can still Google. But I've went over all this before.
These were color variations for one of the characters, I forget which.
This was a color variation of the model itself of the above character. The art director had changed the look quite a bit.
These were VERY early deigns for the Engineer class.
And I don't know if I've posted these before, but these were concept designs for a pistol for the Brute class.
All of these are like, damn near a year, a year and a half old. Really old stuff, but I found it on my older laptop, figured due to lack of new content, I'd show these instead.In other news, and for the sake of a few more words.I have played and beat Spec Ops: The Line.Best story in a TPS game I have ever seen. Not the best gameplay, but that's the point. You should all check it out, seriously.I've bought Alan Wake, been playing that.Yesterday I continued my Gears collection when I bought these

Death metal, to black metal, to nu-metal, to rap and hip-hop, to K/J-pop, to rock…. I simply look for projects that seem to need concept artists, and that interest me. I don't do personal stuff anymore.1, 2 and 7 are kinda Borderlands-y but the rest are very much GoW.
Yeaaaa, the Gears and Unreal Tournament games were my earliest influences when I was breaking away from anime, and into concept art. Though I stopped trying to emulate the style to a T a while ago, so I could focus on my own style.
