Well, I got a little bit more done with Aster Blaster, but this blasted FPS game keeps distracting me, so I have been adding a few more things to that as well. The FPS demo now has terrain, a simple ramp (probably not the final coding for that yet), sound fx, and a jump pad. Not a whole heck of a lot, but fun to play with for a few minutes. Enjoy!

Nah dont' worry, it's large enough. We've had enough huge blogs the past couple days haha.
Anyways, the fps is going really great! One thing i didn't like was how the gun was positioned when you look downwards. It gave me the impression i was floating. More precisely, it seemed like i was doing a handstand in the air lol. But otherwise, good 3d work as usual. I can only say that for your examples, because HoverTank doesn't work for on my comp… i was suprised to get a 27 average fps on this for my crap machine. It'd be cool if you could add explosions or perhaps burn marks to walls and floors. Keep up the good work.Whoa, that was pretty good. And yeah, when looking downward, it seems odd that the gun moves that much.
Lovely game. It rules
Like it alot :D and don't worry about the size of your blogs ;) seen mine?
it looks great, the lighting on the ball looks good too.
Can I get screens? This computer doesn't have directX or Direct Audio… :(
I made an FPS with terrain, ammo, and 2 guns. Then I gave up on it. Now I can't finish it no matter what I do, because I lost the file.FRED. You are the best at making 3D games in GM
