Is anyone familiar with using apache to make a server? I'm having trouble with getting connections outside of my local host. I'm behind a router so I forwarded port 80 and made sure my server was listening for 80. It works when I type 127.0.0.1, the 192 ip, and the dns domain that I registered for free. BUT, when another person types in the domain, it fails to load for them in all browsers. Everything works for me though in local. So I thought it would be a port problem, but I've showed several people my settings and I've dealt with port forwarding before. It's not the port. I'm wondering what else it could be. I'm trying to host my website at home so I have full control over it and for educational use. I'm hoping to host my games, tutorials, and artwork on it. Any help would be helpful on the connection problem.

Your ISP is probably blocking you. If that's case (which I strongly believe is), there's nothing you can do besides paying for a server.
I've had a server running on this router once before, about a year ago. It wasn't being blocked then. (btw, no firewall is on to block communications).
A call to your SIP wouldn't hurt anyways. Also, have you tried configuring your server to another port?
