-EDIT- I showed her the wallpaper and she loved it. She gave me permission to publish it on my website. She wants to be a model but feels she's not pretty enough. That's mainly why I made this wallpaper for her. I thought it came out nice.

Don't know if you're accepting CC but here I go anyway, overall very nice work, really love that line work. However the colors from the background are taking away from what should be the focus of the image (the girl). Perhaps dropping the saturation and increasing the value of the background would bring her out of the picture more and increase the holy/glow thing you got going on.
