I’m writing my own program that will help assist me in marketing. It’s going to be an emailing program that allows me to create and manage mailing lists and allow me to send emails in bulk to subscribers and customers. My reason for doing this is:

-I need a program like this.

-I don’t want to pay for a program like this.

-I get to customize it anyway I want.

-The experience with data structures and php scripting is worth the time.

-I might market this marketing tool depending on how good it ends up being. I would post the program on here, but I'm not sure how you guys are with email scripts/dlls. I remember examples on the gmc getting deleted because they can be used for spam.

I’ve been thinking about getting into the marketing business and have started looking into it. I have several people that are interested in marketing their websites and businesses and have asked me for advice. Hopefully I’ll be able to help soon. It would be nice to be helpful and possibly make some cash in the process. This program I'm making is going to make emailing easier. I'm wondering what other tools I could come up with. Any ideas on useful marketing tools?
