So tonight, I'm seeing Basshunter live. It just so happens that his next stop on his America tour is at a club 15 minutes away from my house and the ticket was only $25 bucks if I bought a presale, $40 bucks at the door. Got the presale yesterday. Should be a fun event. There's like 5 DJ's opening up for him. The event starts at 9, but Basshunter doesn't play until 1am. -.- AND he only plays for 45 minutes. Better be decent.
A lot of people dislike Basshunter, and despite all the criticism that he gets (some that I agree with), Basshunter got me into electronic music back when I was in middle school. So to see the person who first expose my ears to a trance anthem and a solid bassline, along with lyrics in a foreign language, I'm excited. Should be a lot of fun.
I thought this said Bassnectar for a minuet, and was about to say that sounds awesome. Not anymore.
If i were to chose, id let him play for 15 minutes if I was feeling generous.

Not crazy about his music, but I think he's pretty good and I'm sure he would have fun shows.
His show was so much fun, lol. I was up front the whole time. Got to shake his hand and he gave me his beer, haha. He's such a party person. All he wanted to do is get wasted and spent most of the time entertaining the guests. The songs he sang were all remixes, none were exactly the way he has them on his album. Loud as hell. There were 2,500 people there so the place was jam packed.
Drank his beer? You probably have herpes now…
