It would be nice to have a competition section on the website. We have room for it on our navigation bar and instead of searching through recent activity feeds it would be nice to have an organized section for them. I feel that I forget or never see half of these competitions and events because they get buried under all of the personal blogs. They only pop up when people are posting in them.
Pinning every competition to the front page doesn't seem like a logical fix either. It takes up room for new/fresh content. It would also be a nice way for new visitors and possible sponsors for said competitions/events to take a look at what's going on in a more presentable way.We have game competitions, music competitions, art competitions, and god knows what else our creative minds will create. I feel like it's becoming a big part of 64D and deserves to have more organization.

Having an open section would also influence better decisions regarding joining competitions and perhaps even be a good hook for new users.(Though, said users would only show up for the Competitions. But beggars can't be choosers, etc)The 64D competitiontition!
