Thank GOD. After that abomination of a movie, the creators of the actual television series are making a spin off series.

Generally I'm not in favor of spin-off series, but Avatar: The Last Airbender was too short and had too abrupt of an ending, and anything to wash out the bad taste of this movie is a welcome sight.

I suppose I should admit I never actually saw the movie. I will download it just for the sake of it as I'm a fan of the series, but I've seen clips, heard enough, and know enough that the attempts to compress 10 hours of story into a 2 hour movie cannot POSSIBLY go over well. I mean let's face it, one of the strengths of the series was it's deep character development. There was very little wasted space in the television series. I wouldn't believe it was a good movie if people were raving about it, let alone panning it. It's left a bad taste in my mouth and I haven't even seen it.

Anyway, I'm excited to hear about this new series, which is bad because it's now going to feel like 80 years before we get any information about it, let alone it's actual release.

I was wondering how they could mess the movie up so much and then I saw "An M. Night Shymalamalalynnlynkoenigsegg film"

It's too bad they never made the following

A second or third Matrix movie

A new Star Wars Trilogy

A fourth Indiana Jones film

A live-action version of Avatar: The Last Airbender.

It's really too bad these things never existed. They would probably have been excellent.

I, personally, would like to see The Godfather Trilogy finished and a fourth Alien movie. A crossover over between Predator and Alien universe might be pretty cool but no one's ever made a Predator film either so that's a long shot.

Aliens vs The Godfather?

Have you ever wondered why Hollywood has never tried to make remake any classic or foreign films? I think it might actually be pretty cool.

Uhhhhh… I thought the whole Matrix trilogy was good, and Star Wars Episode 3 was hands down the best Star Wars film of the set, only Episode 1 really sucked, but it was necessary to complete the whole story.

Indiana Jones 4 was really terrible though.

The only anime - albeit highly westernised anime - that I think is in any way good.
Then you must not be familiar with much anime.

…Not that all anime is good. Just like anything else, a large percentage of anime is mediocre or worse.

What movies are you talking about HeroofTime55? I've never heard of those films.

I liked all 6 star wars movies.

I liked the original trilogy, Episode I was ok except for Jar Jar, and II was pretty. Never saw III. :P
