Sleep Paralysis II

Posted by HeroofTime55 on July 12, 2010, 4:04 p.m.

So it happened to me this morning. On accident, actually. Strange.

Basically, I wasn't expecting it, and I tried moving my arm, but it just wouldn't go, like it was tied down or something. I immediately say to myself, holy shit, because I know it's sleep paralysis.

Then I get this sensation through my whole body, that I'm just shaking, vibrating really hard and fast. Uncomfortable.

But the thing is, when it happened, I was in a reeeeally awkward position. Twisted all funny. So I forced myself out of it by wiggling my toes (Fingers were stuck) and something in my face which strangely I forget, and like a minute later I was out of it.

Woulda been hella scary if I didn't know exactly what was going on. Thank you internet for educatimating me.

So that's my story. It was quite interesting, and I'm gonna try to induce it again maybe tonight.

"On accident, actually. Strange"

That's not so strange.

Anyway, I had this too. For me, I was facing the wall and couldn't move at all, and it was very painful in a way. I also felt like there was a woman who walked into the room slowly. I couldn't see her, but I felt someone slowly poking my hip from behind me as I was lying there. It was really creepy!

^yeah It happened to me once when I was getting ready in the morning and put my head down on the kitchen table to sleep. I thought my mother was talking to me but she wasn't realizing that I wasn't responding. Crazeh stuff.

If you're talking to me Polystyrene, there was, in my whole body 'shaking.' But besides that, no. I couldn't see (I had my eyes physically covered because I've been falling asleep at 5 am lately, lol), and I didn't really let myself stay in that state for long.
