Sony is in knee-high shit right now.
Someone haxx their interwebz and stole PSN user's account info, credit card information, and addresses. This will reportedly cost Sony over $24 Billion.Goodbye PSN. I love you.Without you, I shall never know how to love again.R.I.P.
Yes. I would never want to see a console die so horribly.
Except for the Wii.Because Wii don't need it.
C wat I did thar. How could I be prejudice. I used to own a Wii until I realized it was horrible, the only good games it has is LOZ and Mario. and LOZ was released in what, 2005-2006? The newest Mario was released in 2010, I think.
It was way too meh of a console, and every console has motion controls now so that's another thing that it doesn't have going for it.Proof that I've owned a Wii(I was 12, so don't laugh at my grammar) >:(The Wii has plenty of good games. I don't even consider Twilight Princess to be one of the best since its really just a gamecube game. What the Wii doesn't have is people willing to buy the good games, or even realize that the games exist.
You got me there Kabob. I cannot deny what I don't know.
But in the end it doesn't really matter, once the trend got started a few years ago it would have taken a miracle to stop it. Now it's going to last until the next Nintendo console comes out in 2012. Nintendo as a company has profited greatly from the Wii, so we're lucky that they appear focused on fixing the mistakes that got them rich anyway.
As for PSN, it doesn't affect me if it dies or not. Sony started annoying me years ago and they've done nothing to convince me they are a company worth spending hundreds of dollars on. I'm happy sticking with PS2, 360 and Nintendo for now.I don't know why people think the PSN is better than XBL because it just seems lonely to me. Close to no one ever has a mic when playing online(in my experience) and I hate how it doesn't have cross game chat.
imho XBL is worth every cent, considering most people I know have XBL, and on top of that, it just seems to be just more of a social console, there's almost always someone with a mic, and there's almost always someone to play online with.Especially games like COD just feel so much better on 360 than on PS3.I think PS3 is superior for singleplayer games, while 360 is superior for multiplayer.I think the very idea of paying for peer to peer multiplayer is fucking retarded. There's really not much more to my opinion than that.
I don't actually have Gold Live right now, but they keep doing 50% sales that are tempting me. The problem is I don't own a 360, I just play on kamiras. So if he's playing then I don't have a system or a tv that I can play on. I don't really like the idea of paying, but when it gets down to a few dollars a month it's not really a big deal. I think they should allow some multiplayer for silver accounts, just not stuff like voice chat.
Yes lol
