Indeed they can degrade into that, but here they haven't. People saying "Don't talk about this, it never works!" are just as bad as the people who end up pulling it down to personal insults themselves - both kill the discussion for no good reason.

I just don't like IE. Period. That's my case.
I like Chrome because there's not a bunch of crap to get in my way and the security is tighter….or so it seems.I would assume that since you were reading this blog you were facing your computer screen :P

I use Chrome every where I go. I used to use Firefox, when it was the fastest, but every update makes it slower and slower - and buggier!
