Protect your games

TGMG has found a way to protect games from the decompiler for the time being.

The original text was as follows:

Here is a tool that will protect and compress your games!

It works very well and I highly suggest you use it if you are going to release a game:

If you turn this topic into talking about GM "flaws" I will report your post and hopfully the moderators will warn/ban you without deleteing this topic. To be honest I don't suggest replying at all unless you say thanks wink1.gif But trust me it does work very well.

To GMC staff: This topic is providing a tool to protect and compress exe's. I really think that gmc users should know about THIS tool without knowing anything else.

Again you will probably get warned if you mention anything other than this tool in this topic!

The entire topic can be found here:

That'll do till ENIGMA's ready, methinks.

Just use it for now.

Vista converter + Cexe + Scripthider + Josh's debug detector GEX = one secure game.

People need to stop whining / wait till ENIGMA is finished.

It does do loading bar and the like, though not the icon

Only problem with Cesque's method is that you'd have to see the goatse while putting it in there

Cesque 17 years ago

That is true, but I'm already working on the Selective Goatse Perception Device.

How do I know this isn't going to install a backdoor into my game?

Amarin 17 years ago

Avast detected a trojan in CExe, I can easily say it's a false positive.

@Abacus=Because your game doesn't need a backdoor, it has no walls

Serps, that just said it all.
