So yeah, I had a pretty good christmas this year. Got 3 things off the list gave my parents, which is an unusually high number.

The main gifts i got this year were:

Photoshop CS4 extended (completely unexpected, my dad always said it was too expensive to have as a gift)

A thing that lets me use my computer screen like a tv. (also unexpected)

New Super Mario Bros Wii

Scribblenauts Strategy Guide (from my girlfriend)

Defend Your Castle (WiiWare)

A $10 (I think, it doesn't say) Pizza Hut gift card.

I also have a christmas card that hasn't arrived yet from my grandparents, chances are its got a bit of cash in it, hopefully it will get me up to $100 total.

It was also a white christmas, with more than an inch of snow falling yesterday and none of it melting until today. Theres still enough left that it's going to last at least another day. No idea how much snow it actually was, but it's one of the top 10 heaviest snows I can remember. Very very unusual for Texas in December.

I tried very hard to check if my copy of photoshop is legit, after last years multi-month ordeal with returning cs2. Theres not much info on how to check, but as far as I can tell it seems legit. Even if it's pirated (which I doubt), it at least works perfectly unlike that copy of cs2 I got which was annoyingly glitchy.

So gm8 came out, I haven't bought it yet but I'll probably ask my parents to buy it for my birthday in February. I'm looking forward to speed improvements and alpha support.
