Hi everyone, im new to 64 digits. i came from gmc, although im not an active member of the community on responses or posting mostly because my english isn't very good, i read it often. My reason for entering the gmc was a game contest a few years ago. i didn't pass the second round ,but it was still a very fulfilling experience because i managed to make a game completely for the comptetition standards, but i couldnt fully explore the concept because the short time available.
So for this competition i would love to rescue the original idea, but learning from the mistakes, i want to restructure the entire game from its origins, changing the engine i use, objectives, puzzles, history and everything that isn't vital, and keeping the gameplay and main character. i am saying all this because i want to avoid confusion around the previous projects on the rules, i also want to make a statement that this is gonna be a completely new project and game.I try to upload Remote Station on 64digits, however I could not. If anyone wants to try it, is here, but you are forewarned that the gameplay is very annoying in its current state, and there are some important bugs that prevent completion of the game xD!Some screenshotKakaru
Hai! Welcome to 64Digits, please leave your sanity in the red box by the door and prepare to submit to the mind altering code. We ask that you please don't feed ChIkEn and all hail the mighty potfrog!
Also, what kind of error were you getting in the file manager?Cool game.
What sort of RPG elements will you add?Juurianchi: Stuff like a decent inventory system, maybe some quests, multi-worlds and possibly a non-linear history.
Ferret: I try from file manager/Direct from the page ''The file was not able to be uploaded. Please try again, or upload the file… ''My god … its absolutely nuts to see 'mind altering code' still in use, I remember when I first wrote it. Pot frog was also initially drawn by REZ for a game I was making with him XD
Also, game looks neat. Not often I see games that look like that.Wow! thank you very much i din't receive too much feedback on yoyo, glad to know that you enjoyed
Someone else doing a space theme? *High five*
