Subject: Server Load

In order to reduce server load, the GMC Management has decided to cut the number of members and Moderators. Under a new program, "older" members will be asked to leave. This program will be known as RAPE (Retire Aged People Early).

Moderators who are RAPEd will be given the opportunity to look for jobs outside the GMC. They can request a review of their posting history before actual retirement takes place. This phase of the program is called SCREW (Survey of Capabilities of Retired Early Workers).

All members and moderators who have been RAPEd or SCREWed may file an appeal. This will be known as SHAFT (Study of Higher Authority Following Termination). Under this new policy, members may be RAPEd once, SCREWed twice, but SHAFTed as many times as the GMC management decides.

In addition, the GMC management wants to train new moderators through our Special High Intensity Training (SHIT). GMC management takes pride in the amount of SHIT our moderators receive, and we give them more SHIT than any other forum on the web. However, if any moderator feels he, or she, does not receive enough SHIT, please contact an Administrator. They will make sure the new moderators receive all the SHIT they can stand.

Certain members are also eligible for SHIT. If members take all the SHIT that is given to them, they may qualify for a special program known as Comprehensive Remedial Advisory Panel (CRAP). This is a good way to advance at the GMC. Therefore, if you take all the SHIT you can stand, you can look forward to additional CRAP. Any member who has the initiative to take both SHIT and CRAP can count on being a moderator some day.
