This website was hacked. Twice in three days. Good thing we backup the website a lot. It's fixed now though, and for the most part everything is pretty much the same. I do have to recode some parts, but it's fine now. We just hope that this doesn't happen again, though it probably will.It was hacked using w4ck1ng-shell, which I now hate more than anything on earth. I just can't help but wonder why someone would do something like that. Also, the second hack attempt on my website installed a Phishing website in one of my folders. Sadly, that folder was the cheats directory. So, I'm depressed to say that that part of the site is now gone. It might be up again someday in the future though. Especially that I have that upgraded content posting system up. It's going to be easier than the first time. Oh, and very recently, I added a way for people to add content of their own to the site. They can write articles and stuff. You can login and register here:http://www.largames.com/loginPlease register and post something. I want to test this out and see if it works all right.-Luis
!!!
the more you fix it, the more it will be hacked.
I remember the first time my seditio website got hacked. I don't remember how long ago it was exactly.
Good times, good times.I would tell you to back up your stuff just in case this happens again, but you already have, so nevermind.i hear ya man…
Registered a posted a testing article :p
It's listed as unapproved. Also, sorry about the hacking. That sucks :(You keep using 'we' in your post. So far I only see you.
I don't like the theme, I also don't like any of the other provided themes, you should try a nice simple theme, the lightning bolts are offsetting. Feels unprofessional.Hackers will always hack. Putting it back up without fixing any potential security holes is like putting up a sign saying "Hack me again."
Maybe they were only able to hack you because you left holes for them to get in… it's just as much your fault as it is theirs.
Oh was that website yours? In that case, I won't hack it again.
j/k of course. But I wonder, are these security holes really up to you to fix, or is it something the host forgot to fix? (talking a bit generally here)EDIT: I just saw a login form there… is that where the security hole is?Hacking websites seems boring to me. Hacking PSPs and PS3s is more fun ^_^
